I use a RESPECTFUL approach when interacting with ALL of those who are supporting my small business. With that said, I would appreciate the same in return. Nothing in my shop is not worth getting upset over. Let's just work together with respect and kindness and everything will be alright!

Turn Around Time for premade items are 2-5 business days not including holidays. Custom made items will take 5-7 business days to make and ship out.      

Cancellation of Orders

• Request for a cancellation of orders is not guaranteed and need to be done in a timely manner. I cannot reverse charges once a shipping label has been created and paid for. Please use the Contact Me button to send me a cancellation request!  
• Custom made items cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final.
• I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. It is beyond my control once your purchases leave my hands.
• All orders are insured and damaged items due to USPS neglect must be dealt with through them and ONLY them! 
• I will never send out a defective product. I triple check function as well as quality before they are packed and shipped. Therefore, I am not responsible for damaged items due to misuse.
• I am human, and I fully understand that I do make mistakes. If there is ever an item that breaks due to malfunction of the hardware, I will refund/replace within the first 10 days. However, refunds will ONLY be given when pictures are included with the refund request. no pictures clearly showing the defect will result in a final sale and no refund/replacement will be given.
• I am willing to work with you in any way possible to resolve any issues we may come across.
